We are a family-owned laundry delivery business serving Garland & surrounding areas like Dallas, Richardson, Allen, and more. Our family has been in the laundry business for over 15 years. We own and operate a laundromat located in downtown Garland. That means we have over 15 years' experience of washing and folding our community's clothes! We wanted to expand & provide our community a better, more convenient, time-saving way to do laundry. How do I schedule an appointment to have my laundry serviced?
You can text/call 214-560-3055 to book an appointment for us to pick up, wash/fold, & deliver your clothes!

How will my clothes be picked-up?
You may leave your clothes outside or wait for us to knock. You may leave your laundry in any bag or basket. Don't have a bag or basket? That's OK, we will provide a bag for you!
After you schedule a pick-up time, our team will notify you of ETA. Once we arrive, we will weigh your clothes and send you the total price. You can pay anytime between pick-up and delivery!

How do I pay?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Who washes my clothes?
Your clothes will be washed at our laundromat by our amazing, professional staff!

How fast will it take for my clothes be dropped-off?
We offer same day drop-off for clothes picked up by 2pm. Any clothes picked up after 2pm will be delivered the next day.

Do I need to separate my whites and darks?
Nope! We do that for you and any special requests you may have.

What areas do you service?
Garland, Dallas, Richardson, Wylie, Rowlett, Rockwall, Allen, Mckinney, Plano, Carrollton, University Park, Farmers Branch, Balch Springs, Frisco, and more.

Do you charge a travel fee?
We do not charge any travel fee if you are within a 25-mile radius from downtown Garland. We do charge a $19 travel fee if outside the 25-mile radius.

What kind of laundry detergent do you use?
We use the very best commercial grade laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Can I use my own detergent?
Absolutely! Just leave your detergent out with your clothes for pick-up and we will use it then return it. You may also add any specific laundry requests. Just let us know when scheduling the pick-up appointment.

What happens if my clothes are damaged or missing?
We pride ourselves with caring for your laundry with the utmost detail. Normal wear & tear and shrinkage of clothing when washed is to be expected. We are not responsible for any damaged or missing items in your laundry. In the rare event that this does happen, please contact us directly so we can support you.
